تم اليوم22 - 2 - 2009 تحويل قضية الحركة المرفوعه ضد اختبارات الكادر والنتائج المترتبة عليها الى هيئة مفوضى الدولة بشقيها المستعجل والموضوعى للنظر فيها
وقد صرح أعضاء الحركة أنهم سيكملون المشوار حتى النهاية وطلبوا من زملائهم المعلمون التحلى بالصبر والثبات حتى نأخذ حقنا فى النهاية
وما ضاع حق ورائة مطالب
