عندما قال الشخص I wish I were with my friend now فهو يعرف أنه لسبب ما لن يستطيع أن يكون مع صديقه فى تلك اللحظة (لحظة التكلم) لذا استخدم الماضى بعد I wish واستخدام الماضى بعدها يعنى أن هذا الحدث الذى نتمناه إما حدث غير محتمل الوقوع أو مستحيل التحقق. فهو يعبر عن أسفه لعدم مقدرته أن يكون بجانب صديقه

نأتى للطلب باستخدام should
فهنا يعبر الشخص بشكل مختلف عن الموقف ولكن لإعطاء نفس المعنى فهو يستخدم صيغة اللوم من should والتى تتكون من should have + P.P فهو يلم نفسه لتقاعسه عن الوقوف بجانب صديقه بقوله "كان يجب أن أكون مع صديقى الأن" وطبعا "ولكنى لن استطيع فعل ذلك"

سيدي الفاضل شكرا علي اجابتك الوافية وان كنت اشتم رائحة السخرية في كلامك ولا ادري لماذا .اتوقع ان يكون هناك احترام متبادل بين الاستاذ والتلميذ فما معني " عزيزي الباحث عن الحقيقة اتمني ان تصل اليها فهي واضحة وضوح الشمس" فهل انا علي خطأ مستر 'افق'؟

آه يا عزيزى: أنا آسف جدا. لم اقصد التهكم وإنما كنت اقصد المزاح معك فالحقيقة التى أقصد أنها واضحة وضوح الشمس هى "وجود الله سبحانه وتعالى" . فمعذرة إن كنت قد سببت لك أذى. فقط كنت امزح معك.

يا عزيزى الطالب الباحث عن الحقيقة

فهو يقدم دائما كل جديد وبفكر جديد ومتميز

ولكنى لم أقرأ رده كاملا فقد كتبت له بسرعة لتطييب خاطره و لكن عندم رجعت وأكملت رده حزنت لقوله "يا مستر أفق" ولكنى اسامحه لكونه تلميذى ولأنى البادئ (وإن لم يكن عن سوء قصد) بجعله يشعر بالغضب.

شكرا على الإجابات فقط أحب أن أوضح أن إجابة الجملة رقم 3 هى outlived بمعنى عاشت بعده وليس outweighed

ففى صفحة 94 فى كتاب الـ Student's book فى الجزء الخاص بـ Grammar Review تجد الآتى:

هذا فقط للتوضيح لأهمية الأمر قبل الإمتحان
أما بخصوص outweighed والتى تعنى "يفوق" فقد ذكرت فقط فى المنهج فى أحد اختبارات الـ Workbook وتحديد صفحة 53 - السؤال السابع من جمل الـ Choose ضمن Practice Exercise 10 وهى جملة غريبة ونصها كالتالى

أنا والله سعيد. الجملة السالفة الذكر ورددت في النماذج و لم ترد في كتاب الطالب أو Workbook مطلقا.

الصفحة السالفة من قاموس. و يبدو أن harvest تستخدم مع reap أيضا. شئ غريب:

مثلا أنت سافرت إلي فرنسا في الصغر فتقول:

remember + to تأتي مع أشياء مطلوب منك عملها.
مثلا طلبت منك أن تحضر camera و أحضرتها فتقول:
I remembered to bring the camera

أنت مطلوب منك إحضار كرة معك للذهاب إلي معسكر مثلا:
فتقول لأصحابك :

و هكذا

such لا بد أن يتبعها
a/an + noun طبعا في حالة الكلمات المفرد و countable

so يتبعها صفة فقط

فلذلك نقول:

لكن: His friends are so few

طبعا كلمة الأداة a في الحل الذي أقدمه هنا استخدمت لأنه جزء من a few

استخدام a very few غير دقيق من وجهة نظري:
هناك فرق بين few/ a few
few فقط توحي بالنفي
A few توحي بالإيجاب:
I saw a few friends at the mall.
He has few friends because he's so mean.
في الجملة الثاني تعني almost no friends

يعني بعبارة أخري لو نريد استخدام very few لا نضع قبلها a

و الله أعلم
