أعتقد الاجابة الصحيحة تكون has read لان الجملة محتاجة زمن المضارع التام لان الحدث له اثر و مذكور فى الجملة.

الجملة دي من مغالطات اللغة الانجليزية زي الجملة دي كمان
Each man has a weapon (Use Each as a pronoun)
وفي كاتب اجنبي جمع معظم الجمل دي في كتاب من كتبه وكان كاتب عليها السهل الممتنع يعني انت تفتكر انها سهلة بس لغوياً جملة ما تتركبش تركيب تاني
وياريت لو غلطت في حاجة حد يراجعي فانا مازلت بشر حقي الغلط وحقكم تصحيح الغلط

بما إننا لازم نستخدم whose كرابط وضمير وصل للملكية وليس لتكوين سؤال

اذن هذه الجملة لن يتم تحويلها الا بصيغة المبني للمجهول passive

وذلك لان ضمير الوصل whose يستخدم عند التحدث عن الملكية

والشيء المملوك هنا لشخص ما هو أثار الأقدام ومالكها هو المفعول الذي سنبدأ به وهذه أول خطوة

والخطوة الثانية هو تحديد زمن الجملة وهو واضح جدا في الماضي البسيط

اذن التكوين عند التحويل للمبني للمجهول في الماضي البسيط سيكون كالتالي

object + was / were + p.p + by + subject

وبما ان اثار الاقدام جمع وليس مفرد سنستخدم were وليس was

اذن الحل سيكون ان شاء الله كالتالي في صيغة المبني للمجهول في الماضي البسيط
