Physical or corporal punishment in Egyptian schools:
- Despite Complete ban on Corporal punishment by the state government, the practice was still continued in several parts of the state including rural localities till now.
- The incident of a child death has shed light on the growing problem of corporal punishment in Egyptian schools, where teachers often resort to violence as a means of punishment.
- Violence in schools is legally prohibited according to a decree issued by the Ministry of Education.
- The majority are calling on the government to take serious action against corporal punishment in schools, which is a violation (تعدى) to child and human right .There needs to be effective legal measures taken to completely end this problem.

Dear Mr. Ahmed,
Thank you very much for this nice translation. It was one of the translation topics raised by Mr. Essam El-Gawish and I couldn't imagine how such a topic can be dealt with in an exam, but you handled it in a very general and unbiased way.

But I'd like to clarify the meaning of the word "state". It means: "الدولة كهيئة" أو ببساطة "الحكومة".
So. "In several parts of the state" will be translated as: فى أماكن متعددة من "الولاية". This is a different meaning.
We cannot also join "state" and "government" together, either will give the meaning but not both together.
I hope you agree with me.
Best Regards!

i completely agree with u mt essam
the government state would mean the government of the state but i think mr ahmad meant to put a slash between them and it fell as it often happens with us
ut i think the death of the child isnt probable and my poor humble opinion is that
this topic isnt suitable enough to be one of the topics that should cbe a prt of the exam for keeping a good image of education but anyhow
students should know all about everything to be well prepared for the exam whatrwhosoever
thnks again mr we r waiting for more and more
