he present age has witnessed a great change in the ways of living, no longer do young men depend on the government jobs. Builders, carpenters, plumbers and electricians earn a lot of money. Therefore we find a great change in what young men aim at. The Ministry of Education tries to give a hand to those who find themselves ready to work in these fields by training them in technical schools. They acquire the right way to get skill in a job and become efficient in it. However, they have to bear in mind that success is not easy to get. They shouldn't lose hope quickly. They should have enough patience to continue until they reach their goals. President Mubarak's joint effort between Egypt and Germany aims at developing education to keep up with the spirit of the technical age we live in.
