و يفك الاشتباك بينهما على استضافة مركز امتحانات الرخصة الدولية icdl
فكلاهما يريدها
المشكلة ان موجهى التطوير التكنولوجى و الفيديو كونفرانس و الحاسب الآلى بفاقوس شرقية غير حاصلين على الرخصة الدولية icdl و فاقد الشىء لا يعطيه

نطلب من السيد الاستاذ الدكتور الوزير و مستضيفه السيد الاستاذ الدكتور / شريف عمر رئيس لجنة التعليم هذه المطالب : -
1 – تضييق المدة البينية للترقى لوظيفة اعلى بالكادر الى سنتين بدلا من خمسة . لابحيث تكون سنة للترقيات فى الدرجات المالية و السنة التى تليها لدخول امتحان الكادر لتعديل الوضع الوظيفى
2 – اعلان سنة 2010 انها سنة نقابة المعلمين الترشيح و الانتخابات و اقترح على سيادته ان تكون الانتخابات لمدة اسبوع و ليس يوم واحد فقط – بحيث يكون التصويت على الانترنت بالارقام الكادرية الثلاثة الكود و القومى و كلمة السر – من صباح السبت حتى مساء الخميس – على ان يعلن الكمبيوتر النتيجة فور اغلاق عملية التصويت و هذا برنامج سهل لاو موجود مثله فى وزارة التربية و التعليم – و ذلك حفاظا على هيبة و احترام المدرسين بدلا من المشاجرات بالسنج و العصى فى السابق
و لله الامر من قبل و من بعد

من 1/7 كل عام الى 30/8 اجازة مفتوحة تماما - يستطيع ان يسافر للخارج اثناءها عادى بدون اى طلبات
من حقه ( اذا كان تعبان شوية - او - راسه مصدعة ان يقوم باجازة يحصل فيها على راتبه الاساسى - ثم يعود عندما يرتاح نفسيا )
