He couldn't remember where exactly , in Bard field, he had seen the stranger's face.

How would you describe the narrator's character ?. Give seasons2-
*- He is a kindhearted man as he smiled at the stranger when he saw him on the train. He woke him up when the train stopped in Bard field and offered to drive him home. He is foolish and not careful as he spoke to a stranger as if they were friends. He also told him some important information and offered to drive him home.

What did the narrator know about the stranger on the train?

*-He thought that he was one of the new comers who lived at small houses by the bus stop.


4-How did writer account for his lack success in getting the stranger to talk ?

He thought that the man was doing hard work so he was tired.

What does the writer find it difficult to do ?

He found it difficult to get information from the stranger .

Why did the stranger request to get out of the car seem mad ?
Because there were no houses within five hundred yards and it was raining heavily.

7- Why was the writer unlike other villagers in dealing with the newcomers ?
Because the next bit of business might come from one of them.

How did the writer's strange memory for faces help him a lot?

He used a little skill as he connected a face with a lace. He reminded the other person where he had seen his face before. Within five minutes , they started to talk about business.
