ايه الخطأ فى الجمل دى

الجملة الأولى صحيحة 100% و قد وردت فى wb
I'd just seen my friend Nadia. She's going shopping with
her mother.
و كان الخطا فى صياغة الجملة فى زمن الماضى التام و لذلك لزم استخدام المضارع التام
أما تصحيح الجملة الثانية فهو كما يلى

I sent you an e-mail earlier this morning.
لأن زن الجملة هو الماضى البسيط

I've just seen my friend Nadia. She was going shopping with
her mother.
I sent you an e-mail early this mornin
