If the exam question mentions the name of the person you are writing to, and perhaps your name, you should write these in an e-mail. There might also be a subject mentioned.
However, the focus of the exam question is on the body of the letter or e-mail — whether it is coherent and grammatical, etc. — not on the form.
It doesn’t matter if the signature or date is on the left or right.
In any case, students should not use their own name in the signature.
There are model letters and e-mails in the Sec 2 WB.

يعنى كيف لا يوجد عنوان فى السؤال ويطلب من الطالب كتابتة ؟
هل مطلوب من الطالب ان يكتب اى عنوان ؟
ومن يدرى قد يكتب بعض الطلاب عناونهم الحقيقية ويكشف عن هويته لمقدر السؤال !.

أعتقد أن الطالب غير ملزم أن يكتب عنوان من عنده طالما لم يوجد فى المعطيات
