first: go to http://www.mediafire.com
second: Registerthen sign in your account then make a folder then mark it
third: click on upload to this folder and chooce files you want to upload then click on star upload files you have uploaded will appear move your mouse to the right side the option "download" will appear click on it
a new window will be opened the link is on it copy it then pste it into your theme
