الجملة غير صحيحة على الاطلاق:

المفروض تبقى على النحو التالى
the man( who was ) charged with ......was arrested at last



او ممكن حذف ضمير الوصل + فيرب تو بى عندما تكون الجملة مبنيه للمجهول ونبقى على الفعل فى تصريفه الثالث فقط

فتكون

the man charged with ......was arrested at last
