ويتضح من المعنى أن beam و ray لهما نفس المعنى و لكنه شعاعا ضوء عادىو يقال أيضا beams of the sun و لكن الكلمة الأخرى ray شعاع أكثر رفعا فنقول rays of the sun و أى ضوء ناتج عن مصدر كهربى أو أى أشكال الطاقة الأخرى مثل : آشعة اكس x-rays ، آشعة جاما gamma rays و الفكرة أنه إذا جاءت الكلمتين معا فى الاختيارات فكلاهما صحيح إذا كان المقصود آشعة القمر أو الشمس

و هى الأدوات أو الأدوات و الملابس التى تحتاجها الانسان بصفة عامة ( أى أنها تعنى المعدات - أى نوع ) و هى اسم غير معدود

tool
countable
something that you hold in your hand and use to do a particular job
هو تعنى أى المعدات اليدوية التى يمسكها الانسان بيديه لآداء وظيفة معينة



instrument
countable
a small tool used in work such as science or medicine:
OR : an object used for producing music, such as a piano or violin
OR: a piece of equipment for measuring and showing distance, speed, temperature etc:
OR : something or someone that is used to get a particular result

و تعنى اسم معدة دقيقة تستخدم لأغراض خاص فى الطب و الجراحة ، أو آلة موسيقية و هو المعنى المستخدم فى الكتاب ،أو أحد أدوات قياس الطول أو المسافات ، أو هو طريقة خاصة يسلكها الفرد لكى يصل إلى نتيجة ما .


article
countable
formal a thing, especially one of a group of things [= item]: household articles
و هى تعرف بعنصر أو أحد ملحقات أو عناصر ومجموعة من الأدوات مثل مجموعة الأدوات المنزلية household articles

light :
1- to start to burn, or to make something start to burn:
2- o provide light for a place:
أى يشعل ، أو يضئ

illuminate :
1-to make a light shine on something, or to fill a place with light
2- to make something much clearer and easier to understand

أى يسلط الضوء على شئ ما بحيث يجعله ساطعا .
أو ينير احقيقة و يوجهه إلى الصواب
أما lit فهى التصريف الثانى من light
