in unit 10 3rd secondary year( sentence with wish) the writer used could with other pronouns apart from (I-WE) also he used could have +pp with wish in the past.
I know that when we use wish + subject we use past perfect in the past. and could with I-WE and would with other prounouns.
please anyone would be knid enough and explain.

الذي تذكره بخصوص would - could مع wish صحيح و لكنه يخص المستقبل و المنهج لا يدرس المستقبل هذا العام لكن يدرس المضارع و الماضي و في المضارع يمكن استخدام اما الماضي البسيط بعد wish او نستخدم could + inf

Generally, we teach all cases to be on the safe side. There are many cases with COULD in all the books and the Longman Grammar Revision on Unit 10, but not a single example with WOULD in all of the books.
