Business in the town would lose money. Everyone would be furious" These words were said by uncle Walid to Ayman in the story.
However, uncle Walid didn't say the following words: "Ayman wished he had never started this". Actually this is part of the story narrated by the writer himself.
The question asked "Who said these words and to whom". You can never expect the answer to be: It was said by the writer to the readers. This is not an audiobook. And the writer wasn't speaking to the readers. I am actually anxious to see the model answer. If the model answer states that these words were said by the narrator to the readers it would be ridiculous and illogical. In this sense, any quotation from the story, would be quoted as "The narrator was talking to the readers", which is wrong and untrue

مع احترامى لراى حضرتك بس ياجماعة للاسف اللى قال الكوتيشن الراوى للقراء ارجعو للنص بتاع المدرسة صفجة 28 من اول الفقرة بتاعت ان عيلة حسن رحبو بالزائر اللى هوالبروفيسور وللاسف الكوتيشن دة مشابه للكوتيشن اللى فى الصفحة اللى فبلها على طول رقم 26 اللى بيقول عمة فيها alot of businesses will lose mony وكمان فى حاجةتعرفنا ان عم ايمن مش هو اللى قال لانة قال ان ايمن تمنى لولم يبدا هذا الامر بصو على العموم هو كوتيشن متخلف مش غبى بس وانا عملتلة اجابتين اول اجابة قولت عم ايمن وبعدين اخر خزئية فى الكوتيشن خلتنى ارجع اعيد النظر ورحت كتبت الاجابة التانية عم ايمن مع راوى القصةللقراء ومعرفش هيعملو معايا اية وبالتوفيق ويارب امتحانالجبر ميجيش كدة

sorry my dear teachers and students , but the person who set the exam isn't an expert on these points. And my point of view is : The Writer to the readers
