Is there a rule that control the adverb position in passive sentences?
for ex:

I answered the question well.

which 1 is better:

The question was answered well
or
the question was well answered

I think both of them are right

After searching both of them are right and I'm sure this time

I think the first one is more suitable for standard language ,but the second may be for American or slanging language
