لأنها فى الجملة الاولى مفعول ولذلك يمكن استخدام that بدل who , كما يمكن حذفهما كليهما وعدم وضع اى شىء.
الا انه لا يمكن استخدامها بدل who فى حالة الفاعل كما فى الجملة الثانية وأيضا لايمكن حذفها.

في بعض الحالات لازم نختار فيها that ومن الحالات دى بعد صفة التفضيل وبعد only وبعد all ..... لذا الإجابة في الجملتين هي that ....

1- اذا جاء في الجملة صفة تفضيل مثل الجملة الاولي .

3- اذا كان في الجملة عاقل وغير عاقل كان نقول
