هل يصح ان نستخدم a little and a few في الجملة النفية؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

من وجههة نظرى و علمى المحدود .... لا يصح
لأن هناك بعض الكلمات مثل:
never - rare - few - little - seldom ...
تحمل معنى النفى أو القله, و لا يجوز إستخدام النفى مع كلمات القله
بدليل:
He has few money, has he?
لا ننفى السؤال المزيل.

و منتظر رأى الزملاء

Well, let me say I just checked a reference book and you can -indeed- use them in negative sentences but it feels like a bit of slang!
Like when you say- as quota-ting from that book:
A little milk isn't in my glass.
Is a little milk missing?
A few cookies are not on my plate. (Somebody ate them.)
Are a few cookies missing?
I have never heard something alike to these in my life, but it's possible to use it to express insufficient
quantity
My advice is : Don't use them in negative sentences in yours exams
