ببساطه ومن غير تعب ولا لخبطه
الاميل هو نفس خطوات الخطاب
الاختلاف الوحيد هو طريقة كتابة العنوان ومكان كتابته

عنوان الاميل
اعلى يسار ورقة الاجابه
to نكتب عنوان اميل المرسل اليه
from يكتب معها عنوان اميل الراسل
about / subject يكتب معها كلمه او عباره توضح سبب ارسال الاميل يعنى الهدف منه

الباقى كله نفس خطوات الخطاب

من والي والموضوع ثم نكمل كاخطاب
