first in al Sania school the classes are too small
every class has two tables
with at least 55teachers
then the orders
1-sign your full name in and out the paper in Arabic
2-i f any question is repeated even if he took the full mark it should be correctedi again why I don't Know
3- question 3 (choice)
if the student repeats it you have to correct it then write (Zayed)in Arabic not repeated
4- Don't give 25 you have to make it 24,5(sure we all refuse to do that )and said Noooo
Now what are your comments
do you have the same orders

and what happens is normal
excellent students we look for any mistake to decrease their number from 25 to 24,5
whereas those who failed we search for 3 degrees
and those who wrote out of subject paragraph we give them one degree
for what

In Asuit , for the first time in my 20 years of grading , I feel satisfied that every student gets only his right. The mark they deserve. I totally agree with these new regulations and I hope they will be a step forward..

The same way they deal with any topic or issue
They do not know Islam and how they should apply it

we are still as we were
from the beginning
are you contented with the bad treatment at the gate of the correction schools?
a group of ugly looking old men and women are about to search us thoroughly
they are not satisfied with showing them the correction letters
insist on showing them the identity card though we got used to each other faces
the so bad rest-houses
no meals so you cant imagine seeing us preparing our own food after a day of hard work
not enough cookers
i was staying in the third floor of " Banba Kaden" prep school
To do anything of the everyday life i had to descend to the first floor
only two refrigerators for about a hundred teachers
one TV
controlled by someone of the viewers so i had to desert this side of entertainment
being obliged to correct more than 12 envelopes a day
more than 600 papers, this is unbearable
no one of the dead moving inspectors or supervisors can tell you when you will exactly finish
i myself consider it humiliation
all our colleagues tell us when showing boredom is that it self on self judgement

أرجو من كل العاملين على هذا المنتدى أن يتناقشو في مثل هذه الامور ولا ندع مجالا للقيل والقال ولا ندع مجالا للفتنة
