مجرد رأى أعتقد من الافضل ان يكون
حل الجمله الاولى ( until ) حسب المعنى والقاعده

(اسم/ till/ until +( v + ing +ماضى بسيط منفى

i didn't go to bed ( until - because - because of - before) doing the homework

until هى الحل الوحيد الصحيح
before خاطئة لانه ياتى بعدها الحدث الثانى و تكون الجملة معها كالتالى
I had done my homework before going to bed
و because of خاطئه لانها تعنى عدم الذهاب الى النوم أصلا ( اذا اراد المتحدث هذا المعنى.)

أعتقد انها هتكون before
لأن القاعدة بتقول

ماضى تام+ till/ until +ماضى بسيط منفى
يعنى بعدtill , until بتيجى جملة كاملة
