The first one
The window seat is, usually the first one, taken
According to structure, the sentence is totally correct except for the punctuation
The second one
The man in the corner's dog began to bark
Apostrophes is to be added to the end of the compound noun and (man in the corner) is a compound noun
The third one
Amr said that he wished he were younger
The English past subjunctive must be used in the reported speech. The tense in the wish-clause must be intact in reported speech
The fourth one
Firstly I want to state that the whole sentence is correct for any English ESL teacher. Maybe you have written it correctly or there is something wrong
Secondly it may be as follows
Ruthless poachers hunt an elephant for its valuable ivory tusks
The last one
Ahmed has only been watchingTV twice that week
Past perfect continuous is mainly used to put empahsis on the duration of an action finished before another or an action whose result is still visible in the past and these are not clear in this sentence
Another thing the word that indicates the present perfect or the present perfect continuous
