الملف مكتوب بصيغة Word 2007 بامتداد docx و الحل هنا تصطيب برنامج توافق ليجعل Word 2003 يقرأ ملفات word 2007 و و يسمى هذا البرنامج حزمة توافق اوفيس 2007
مايكروسوفت حزمة التوافق مكتب وورد ، إكسل ، باور بوينت وتنسيقات الملفات و هو موجود على الرابط الاتى

بعد الدخول الى الصفحة اضغط Download سيتم تحويك لصفحة اخرى اضغط Start download (http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/2/2/9222D67F-7630-4F49-BD26-476B51517FC1/FileFormatConverters.exe) اعلى الصفحة ينصح ببرنامج دونلودر ليسرع التحميل و ربنا يوفق و الملف حجمه 37 ميجا
