Rupert killed Michael because
(B) Michael spoke badly with him
(D) Rupert thought of the reward
I think D is the most appropriate. Who agrees with me?

I think (a) is the answer because
1- Rupert didn't know whether Rudolf Rassendyll accept his offer or not
2- Rupert told Rassendyll before that Michael was a weak man & he was about to kill him
3- In his evil plan to Rassendyll, he offered to kill Michael

Rupert, it seemed, believed that without the Duke, I really would stay as the King and somehow reward him for his evil work.
D is the right answer

I think D is the correct answer. Remember when Rupert met Rassendyll in the forest He blamed him
for not thinking of his plan
