The Philosophy of Submission Chapter Eight
<FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4> Wisely Attitude
2:269 “He bestows wisdom upon whomever He chooses,
and whoever attains wisdom, has attained a great bounty.
Only those who possess intelligence will take heed.”
Many people are reluctant to show mercy because they don't understand the difference between trust and forgiveness.
Forgiveness is letting go of the past.
Trust has to do with future behaviour. Trust must be rebuilt over time.
Trust requires a track record.
If someone hurts you repeatedly, you are commanded by God to forgive them instantly, but you are not expected to trust them immediately, and you are not expected to continue allowing them to hurt you. They must prove they have changed over time.
Whenever you are hurt by someone, you have a choice to make.
Will I use my anger and emotions for retaliation or for resolution?
You can't do both.
For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, everything was started in God and finds its purpose in Him.
You are made by God and for God, and until you understand that, life will never make sense.
Long before you were conceived by your parents, you were conceived in the mind of God.
Focusing on ourselves will never reveal our life’s purpose.
Nothing matters more than knowing God’s words for your life, and nothing can compensate for not knowing them.
None of us are immune to temptation. Given the right situation, we are capable of any sin.
Only the love of God is real love and all other love is metaphorical love.
But metaphorical love is real on its own level and is in fact a Divine gift, if it is understood properly and used as a ladder to reach love for the source of all love, which is God.
Living for God's glory is the greatest achievement we can accomplish with our lives.
Earth is not our final home we were created for something much better.
I am here on earth for just a little while.
