first the answer is were
were+ sub+adj-----------sub. +would+verb
ex: Were I a bird, I would fly.
. so : Were + the flat I had+ large enough-------------I wouldn't sell it

وبالعربى يا اخوانا دى بدائل if لأن were بديل فى الثانية اللى هى موضوع الجملة لكن للاسف اللى عامل اشكال فى الجملة

Note
all those who give answers to such questions should give the due care....
If the answer " if " or if only comes from a student , so he / she has an excuse as he is still a student
