I think It's PERFECT
Great work it also shows great consideration and dedication
Simply it is easy to digest
One more advantage to add is the intensive exercises enclosed .
But I think you should have considered the Expressions more and the opposites as well , because they are important for find the mistakes . On the other hand, derivatives are , in my point of view , important as it is to the student's knowledge ,
