احب اقول ان ال do و did و does مستحيل ييجوا فى جملة واحدة و لو ده حصل بردو حيفضل واحد فيهم الفعل لكن الاتنين التانيين حييبقوا مصدر مش حيتحسبوا افعال

the first question violates an important english rule which says: when neither ... nor.... comes with two differnet subjects the verb agrees with the nearest subject.
so in your sentence the right form will be :
neither ahmed nor i am a doctor.
as for the second example: you also breached an english rule that is the second conditional clause:
if + past simple, would + inf

? the negative of is is isn't,isn't it
