لية مش had been making ,, واية معني الجملة اللي اختيارها interfering

الماضى التام المستمر وكذلك المضارع التام المستمر لا ياتى اى منهما مع جملة بها عدد وهنا قد اجرى 17 مكالمة فنختار ماضى تام

1-the train always arrives on time .
2- you can`t see Nagi now ,he is having a bath .
3- while returning hom , he saw the accident
4- the last time i saw her was last week.
5- it`s ages since we heard some good news.
6- Alaa has gone to france , he is still there .
7- we did most of house work , on account of our mother's illness .

harmful to

important to - important for ?

there is a slight difference. 'important to you' is personal. People talk about things which they consider are important to them - in other words things that are personally significant in theri lives. 'important for' is used more in the sense important on behalf of/ for the benefit of.consider: His family is more important to him than his job but he should remember that it is important for him to realise that sometimes he will have to put his job first if he wants to get promotion.

In your sentence 'important to france' suggests that france considers young people to be important within society- 'important for france' suggests that young people they will benefit france
"important to" someone, it just means that that person values that quality or aspect. If it is "important for" someone or something, it can mean that whatever is important can progress someone's cause in some way. Sometimes both can be used depending on the context.
Compare:
Being slim is important to me (i value being slim; i think i look better etc...)
being slim is important for me/my career/my health (being slim helps my career or improves my health

الفرق بينhave been to -- have been in

1. Have you ever been in england?
(means: In this country, on this land)
2. Have you ever been to england?
(your experience, for example: Visit or travel)

even if the grammatical setups are correct,
no.1 is very seldom in use and would sound strange without background.
Use no.2 for a better english.
