وللأسف إنتقادات الأخوة الزملاؤ الفاضل إنتقادات شخصية وليست موضوعية بأن يقلل من شأن فلان وفلان وبإنع يقوم بدعاية وشعارات ولكن إذا وقفنا لبضعة دقائق نتساءل فيها هل أنت تعلك حجم شغل زميلك الفاضل لتجزم بأنه يقوم بدعاية لنفسه أم لا؟ هل قمت بحضور حصة له وعرفت كيف يشرح المنهج؟ هل تعرفه شخصية أو تعاملت معه لكى تجزم بأنه ضعيف النفس ولديه عقد نقص؟ لكن كل ما نقوله هو هراء ليس له أى علاقة بالواقع تسوله له أنفسنا لكى نشعر براحة الضمير.... فهل راحة الضمير والرضا عن شغل عام كامل بإهانة الزملاء؟!!!!! |
منه لله الوزير ده ضيع مستقبلى واللهى بعد التعب ده كله ضاع واللهى انا خايفه اشيك ملحق انجليزى والانجليزى ضرب عندى باقى المواده واللهى انا قولت هذاكر ليه كله باه ذى بعضه طالب ثانوى الى داخل عامل حسابه على 95بص لقى نفسه خايف يشيل مواد ربناااا ينتقم منه كفايه بس دعوات الناس عليه بس على العموم كله بايض احنااااااا منسواش فى البلد دى حاجه وحقنااااا رايح جت على التعليم يعنى مش مهم هو كمان....

فيما يلي تعليق علي امتحان الصف الثاني الثانوي نشرته صحيفة الأهرام ويكلي لمستر عصام وهبه Despite official confirmation that the English exam this year for the General Secondary Certificate would be related to the syllabuses that students have been studying throughout the year, the English exam is still beyond all expectations. Any exam whatsoever must test what students have learnt. But strangely enough, the English exam contained a considerable amount of vocabulary that students had never met before. To give only a few examples, the exam contained words like 'worn out, gestures, nonverbal, illustrators, snapping, agitated, precise and poaching' This, needless to say, made it too difficult for students to understand the context in which such words were used. Furthermore, some grammatical items have not been dealt with in the prescribed textbooks. Consequently, students will lose confidence in their teachers who are unsure of just what they should be teaching. The problem is that we teach something, but the exam deals with something else. Gentlemen, Let us teach the language the way we like instead of wasting our time teaching something worthless. It is teachers alone, not anyone else, who know best their students' standard and ability, and therefore, they should have a say in everything, including the exam. Those in charge of education in our country have got to know that reforming our deteriorating education system can by no means be implemented through difficult examinations. Our poor students!! How long shall we remain oblivious to the lamentable status quo? |

انا متفقه تماما مع ما كتب حيث من وجه نظرى انا دور المدرس فى تعليم اللغه الانجليزيه هو تعليم لغه فقط واصبح الاتزام بكتاب المدرسه يقتصر على حصتين فقط لكل وحده درس القراءه والكلمات ودرس القواعد وباقى الحصص تكون لتتدريس لغه حره

و الله يا مستر انت عندك حق و لكن لو احنا كمدرسين علمنا الطلبة بالطريقة التى اراد واضع المنهج تدريسها و انا اقسم بالله ان هناك الكثير من المدرسين لا ينظر فى الSBاو WBنهائيا و يعتمد فقط على الكتاب الخارجى و مذكرة بها كلمتين باختصار و نحن نشارك فى ضعف مستوى الطلاب بنسبة 50% و ال 50% الاخرى على الطلاب و اولياء امورهم اللى عاوزين اى كلمتين و خلاص . و انا عاوزكم تقولو لى مين بيدرس الجزء الخاص بالتفكير الناقد ( critical thinking) او الجزء الخاص ( Communication) . فلو عودنا الطلاب على الاعتماد على انفسهم و مواجهة مواقف صعبة زى اللى ممكن تقابله فى الامتحان فى هذه الحاله لن يشتكى احد و سوف يشعر الطالب الذى لا يشارك بان التقصير منه هو . و بلاش كل حاجة ياحدها الطالب جاهزة و احنا اللى بنعلمهم الكسل .:excl:

لن ارد عليك بالفاظك الغير لائقة فالجاهل يا سيدى المحترم هو من لا يحسن ادب الحوار وقواعد الادب و اللياقة و الواضح من ردك انك فى موقف ضعيف ليس لك به حجة قويه تستند اليها غير الالفاظ الخارجة . اما عن تجارتى التى اروج لها يا سيدى المحترم فهى تجارة لن تبور لاننى اتاجر مع رب العباد و ليس العباد فانا لا امارس الدروس الخصوصية ولكنى اتحمل على عاتقى مسئولية مركز تعليمى خيرى مجانى تابع لاحد بيوت الله( المساجد) و به نخبة من اعظم مدرسى المحافظة و الجميع يقدمون خدماتهم للطلاب مجانا و لوجة الله (لا نريد منكم جزاء ولا شكورا ) اى لسنا مرتزقة كامثالك ولكم يسعدنا ان تأتى للانضمام الى طلابنا المحترمين للحصول على العلم و المعرفة لاننى اشعرانه بالرغم من خبرتك الطويلة فى مجال التعليم الا انك بحاجة الى المزيد من المعرفة و اعدك بانك ستستفيد من الطلاب استفادة كبيرة قبل ان تستفيد من اخوانك المدرسين . |
