اعتقد ان الاجابة هى howeverلان كلمة the امام كلمة hospital تعنى ان هذا الشخص ذهب للمستشفى ليس للعلاج ولكن لهدف اخر لذا كان يجب وضع ,الكومة قبل الاختيارات اما اذا حذفنا the تصبح الاجابة therefore وذلك لان عدم وجودthe يعنى انة ذهب للعلاج وفى هذه الحالة يمكن ايضا استخدام although اخوكم الصغير ابو بيشو
