rather than is the correct answer. you make a choice here. you use other than to mean in addition to, but here he uses the verb ' prefer ' to make a choice

أتفق مع جميع الزملاء على اعتبار rather than هى الإجابة الصحيحة فكما هو معروف فإن other than (فى أحد معانيها) تضيف ماقبلها إلى ما بعدها فهى تعنى in addition to بينما rather than فإن ما قبلها مفضل على ما بعدها أو يلغيه وكما ذكر الزملاء فهى تعنى in stead of

وجملة المشكلة تشير إلى أن الناس تفضل التعامل التقليدى فى عمليات الشراء من خلال البنوك خوفا من مخاطر المعاملات من خلال شبكة الإنترنت حيث يتم فيها النصب كثيرا أو سرقة بيانات الكروت. فالموقف موقف تفضيلى وليس إضافة.
ولو كان الموقف إضافة كانت ستكتب الجملة بدون Interestingly كما كان سيجب ذكر المعاملات من خلال شبكة الإنترنت online banking أولا على أنها الأحدث فى الظهور والإضافة تكون للقديم وهو tradditional banking
فتكتب الجملة هكذا:
Many people prefer online banking other than traditional banking

بعد كتابة الرد السابق قمت بالبحث فى ملف دليل المعلم الذى كنت قد رفعته فى الصيف للمنتدى وكانت المفاجئة أنى وجدت الجملة نفسها فى كتاب الـ Workbook صفحة 11 وكانت كلمة rather than من أصل الجملة أى مطبوعة جاهزة والمطلوب كلمة interestingly حيث الفراغ space فى بداية الجملة وهذه صورة للجملة

وبالتالى يكون الامر قد حسم والخطأ خطأ من وضع الإجابة other إن كانت فعلا هكذا فى نماذج الوزارة

Other is correct other than means in addition to fooolowed by a noun but rather is followed by infinitive

If you wish to say "the presence of elements besides iron", I would suggest "other than".

يعنى أخونا Horiz0n ريح الكلام وجاب الرد من الكتاب نفسه وعلى فكرة الآجابة طبيعى واضحة rather كما اتفقنا للتفضيل

أخونا خالد هوايه يعنى تحدث عن عادة وليست للتحدث عن لحظة التكلم فقط تبقى playing ياعم

بالنسبه لأخونا خالد الحل playing لانك تتحدث عن هواية يعنى حدث متكرر وليس للتحدث عن لحظة التكلم

اخونا على كلنا بنستفيد من بعض وبنتعلم من بعض وللى يزعل نعمله جلسة عرب ونغرمه والآجابة فى هذه الجملة واضحة للتفضيل وليست للبدائل
