اسئله المقال فى امتحانات المستوى الرفيع : * Write an essay of about 20 lines on one of the following topics : 1- Some people say that the best preparation for life is learning to work with others and be co-operative. Others say that learning to be competitive is the best preparation. Which one do you agree with? Why? (1992) 2- We have much more leisure now than people had fifty years ago. What effect does this great leisure have on our activities ? (ث. ع 1992) 3- Education as a human , national and long-term investment can change the future of Egypt. Discuss. (1993) 4- The natural resources of the earth should be conserved and the environment protected. However, it is thought that industrialization is the best support for the growth in population in the world – even if it were at the expense of spoiling the environment. (1994) 5- Optimists and pessimists view the future of the world in two different ways. Optimists think that man will enjoy a much more comfortable life while pessimists think that man is doomed. Which view do you support and why ? (1995) 6- Many towns today have large areas of slums which consist of badly-built, dirty and crowded houses. The people living there lead a hard, miserable life and some of them are law –breakers. Discuss the problem, showing how it can be solved. (1996) 7- Billions of dollars go into space exploration projects yearly. Some people feel that this money should be used to solve problems on earth. Discuss reasons supporting both opinions. State and support your point of view. (1997) 8- If I lose my honour, I lose myself. ( ازهر 1999) 9- It is through faith that a believer achieves peace of mind and heart. ( ازهر 2003 ) 15-The rotten apple injures its neighbours. ( ازهر 2004 ) 16-Orphans should be given more care. ( ازهر 2005 ) 17-In this terrible world what was impossible has become possible and vice versa. ( ازهر 2005 ) 18-Women who have made contributios to their nations and the world. ( ازهر 2008 ) |
