سؤال مذيل غريب لكن
 

when Hafez and Ramon saved leila ,she told him that Lander is the person who trapped her and stole some artefacts . Dr Hafez said "So it was Lander,was it ?"
My question is "why is the question tag is in the affirmative? " .
It is mentioned in chapter 7 page 40 the last two lines in the page

are there comment tag
how can we differ between the question and the comment tag

here at that point Dr Hafez didn't want leila to give him an answer to his question, but he commented to relieve himself of the result he had come to.
