الافضل ان تقول
I don't have a television
و عموما الاجابة هى :
If I had a television , I would watch the film.

أخى الكريم هذه هى الحالة الثانية من حالات IF الشرطية

لأنها تدل على عدم إحتمالية حدوث الفعل لأن الزمن هنا ماضى بسيط

If I had a television, I would watch the film

و ربنا يوفقك

If I had a television, I could watch the film
