say (found) and don't say (find) Because the question is in the past simple tense.

ok i need 2 ask about something here... we said ....i found it a very interesting place... i think how did u find luxor means emmm like..in the past i didn't know luxor and lately i knew it from the internet or something like that so am askin now y it should means my opinion ??
