In English we say run on
تسير بـــــــــــ
And if we say scientists are wanted this means that they are wanted
اى هم المطلوبين او هم المرادون لان ذللك مبنى للمجهول وليس يريدون كما هو معنى الجملة
so we say scientists want to not are wanted .

لعل الفرق يكون واضح
