Advanced Problem 2
A ball is thrown upward. While the ball is in free fall, does its acceleration .a) increase b) decrease c) increase and then decrease d) decrease and then increase e) remain constant |
I'm not sure but may be DECREASE AND THEN INCREASE ??
|
Unfortunately your answer's wrong:
Here is the answer: remains constant. Why? Cause it's falling under constant acceleration which called gravity Note. I can consider your answer wright if I had asked you about its velocity, but I had asked you about its acceleration Did you get it |
when does the body move by uniform velocity but it has acceleration?

Hi
اقتباس:
There is a small mistake that: in the case of circular path it is a uniform speed not velocity as its direction is changed so no acceleration for uniform velocity. But there is acceleration for uniform speed not velocity . |
Thanks very much for these problems really they are great
|
thanksssssssssssssssssssssssssss
|
remain constant due to gravity is a constant in case upward or downward

acceleration doesn't change (gravity)
because it is the factor that decreases velocity while it is going up .... and the factor that increases the velocity by the same amount 9.8 while falling down for circular motion ofcourse there is acceleration but special one which changes velocity in direction not value any change in value - direction or both requres acceleration done from exestance of external force thank you all |
