هتبقى will not مفهاش اى دليل

الدليل بيبقى دائما فى الاحوال الجوية او فى حاجت بتكون واضحة

Watch out ! you are going to step on the cat's tail.
here we used going to because of the evidence , although it doesn't relate to the weather
so.......
the answer is : is not going to work...... and the evidence is that it is flat... which is not acceptable or suitable with this car

Very good.
There is evidence here that is the word ( flat ) which means here the battery has lost its electrical power .
