which رابط بمعنى الذي للغير عاقل والجملة معناها (عضو من الفريق الذي ) يعني which تعود على كلمة team

Even though a team is made of people, a team itself is a thing, not a person. So either which or that can be used as a relative pronoun (or whose if a possessive is needed), but not who.
