The question isn't clear . I think it is " Rewrite. I understand that " Last with the past simple tense can be changed into the present perfect tense in the negative form with " since and for. Therefore I can say: 1- My mobile phone hasn't stopped working since 2000. 2- My mobile phone hasn't had any problems since 2000.
