"is" is correct and sounds natural, etc.

طالما ( All ) لم يأتى بعدها اسم جمع فهى مفرد
All students are present .

The phrase 'All I need " is the subject of the sentence and is considered as singular. So, it takes a singular verb

.There are several examples where the subject or the object can be a phrase and is considered singular.
