EFL Secondary Stage Supervisor &Teacher trainer.
Responsibilities include:
· Developing Class Supervision and observation of Teaching English as a foreign Language Plan and procedures; Identifying potential needs of teachers of English as a foreign Language and developing training courses to meet such needs ; Designing l the Education Development courses for the technical bureau activities ,designing and conducting training program for the Fayoum trainig Department ( Idara) ;Assessing teachers’ performance and supporting them for more professional development. Identifying new resources required; overseeing the Setting of the training schedule of the technical bureau. Conducting training programs when required; Handling complaints and carrying out hiring part time teachers when necessary.
As a trainer, I delivered the following training events:
¬ (1998) I worked as facilitator with the AUC video conferencing training for teachers of prep and primary schools. (120 hours).
¬ (1998) trained teachers of English at the primary stage in proficiency language course called ( BELI one ) and (BELI Two) ( 120 hours)
¬ (1999) Trained newly promoted teachers of different subjects in how to be a professional senior teacher (the Duties of the senior teachers). (10 hours).
¬ (2000) Miscellaneous training methodology workshops in collaboration the “Fayoum INSET “In-Service Training Center”. (30 hours).
¬ (2000-2004) Taught TOEFL strategies to the teachers of science and mathematics who are preparing to travel abroad for in-service training. (Fayoum In-service Training Centre ). (120 hours).

During this period I taught different syllabi and courses, set exams and took part in building up different activities related to extracurricular activities in Gamal Abdelnaser Secondary School in Fayoum.

· Worked as a volunteer translator in political communication and liaison office in Fayoum Education Moderia .I translated a lot of documents for the Moderia.
· Have been working as a free lancer translator for twenty years now.
· I worked as translator for "Megalet El-Shabab" for two years ( 1998-2000)
· I translated the complete version of Aesop's Fables into Arabic and it is ready for publishing.
· Currently working on "Chalk Talk blog" in both Arabic and English.
Hobbies and Special interests:
¬ Writing stories for children (I got two books for children published by Longman). I’m also interested in collecting folk anecdotes from all over the world.

Voluntary work :
I did some voluntary work for the visually impaired (visually challenged) teachers and students in Fayoum. I recorded all the additional readings on cassette tapes. I also provided them with tangible teaching aids.
