1-at the wound area blood plotellets librate an enzyme called (thrombo plastin).
2-from the plasma protein the prothrombin ((thrombinogen)it is an active paotein)it is converted into active protein called thrombin
3-from plasma protein ,fibrinogen (its an active protein)is converted to active one called (fibrin)by the action of thrombokinase

prothrombin سهم عليه انزيم thrombokinase يتحول الى thrombin
fibrinogen يتحول الى fibrin fibrinogen
