This means you decide on who should "thank you and who shouldn't..." I just want to say that you did a great job and put all these great CDs, books and references on line, on a public website. Certainly this work looks exactly like a river, everyone has the right to sip, drink or even fill and pack as much he wants.

So it is a perfect job and a great deal of work but WHY I should wait to see if the administration would or would not accept my (Thank you note.) .

Just one more thing : Why should I need permission to thank you ? I couldn't do that .but i feel like I should say it .
