Dear Mr.Essam :Your practical suggestion is wonderful but I think it will be more fruitful if we discuss our mistakes (because I think no one is the best because it is not our mothertongue)and the more you know the better you'll be to discuss every thing frankly without any critical comments .This is my opinion
