The use of (seeing that ) is found on page (293 and 298 )
1- you will find it in the Conjunctions section
2- you will find it in the Clauses of reasons, result, ...........section

Yea, I remember everything about our heated discussion. Don't worry ! I have a good memory! That's fine . "Seeing that" means "because". That's what I said. By the way. I am a member of a British forum called "english forum" You can ask them any question you like and receive the answer on the spot. I found it a golden chance to ask about the sentence you wrote down in this wonderful thread.
