i`d like to thank mr.h0riz0n for this brilliant idea and thank all those who have participated.

Here`s a general list of "silent letters" in alphabetical order. I compiled this list from many sites and forums last year and i only put it in this final form last month. You won`t find all these words compiled together anywhere on the web.

All these words are correct, if we pronounce them as explained here. But you`ll find differences between british and american english.

The most silent letter is "e" . Here`s also a poem explaining this.
