That's right Mr Essam.
"tel" here is letters not phonetic symbols. In order to pronounce /-tl/ correctly you have to add an intrusive vowel between /-t/ and /-l/ so the letter L has to be pronounced as a complete syllable (syllabic L) - the easiest way to get your students pronounce the /l/ is to ask them: What letter is this : L?
The Answer will be "el".
This is syllabic L
