means
If I had a car I would:travel to Aswan
we can omit If and use had instead
am I right?

فى if الثالثه نحذف if ونقدم had
If I had had a car , I'd have visited you .
Had I had a car,
اما فى حاله if الثانيه
If I had a car, I would visit you.
Were I to have a car , I would visit you.
