Dear Sirs,
In my opinion, in standard English we cannot use for and since in one sentence, nor since and ago in one sentence, nor for and ago in one sentence, except if you elaborate and make the sentence longer. Even in spoken English, the sentence does not seem acceptable. Personally, I`ve never come across a structure like that (except in correct the mistakes).
If there is any authentic ENGLISH source that provides otherwise, please let us have it.
